Vimeo is a public web where the users can hung videos. Lets share and store digital videos, in addition, users can comment on the video. Users must be registered to upload videos, but no need to be logged in to view videos.There is only one condition: the video wich you hang in the web has to be done for you
But I find that a network is not very popular.
It has only one language available: English.
